Introducing Social Media
Here I’ve been, for a month or so, writing this blog and not once have I mentioned the power of social media. Now, with that in mind, you have to know that I have made social media a large part of my life in the last month. I’ve been gone 3 of the last 5 weekends to conferences which were focused on…yes, social media.
First of all I won a ticket to a Social Networking Conference in Miami Florida. That’s where I was when I broke my ankle. I came home and stayed 2 weeks and prepared myself for a conference in Nashville known as Blissdom which was in and of itself, the best girl party I have ever been too. And, not only that best girl party that included tons of great social media information.
And, then, I was fortunate enough to find a company (YouData) to sponsor me in attending another social media conference in Houston called Mom 2.0 Summit. And, folks……….I packed my bags and took off like a wild woman.
So, tell me what you know about social media? Then, we’ll talk about it some more later….but I need to know what you know before I start discussing this stuff. I certainly don’t want to insult anyone.
